We use high-end extrusion technologies that we have developed ourselves, whereby we provide for all geometries and profiles with extremely tight tolerances so that our profiles work together reliably.
Our thermal breaks made from polyamide (PA) or low conductivity polyamide (LC-PA) with glass fibre reinforcement or from modified ABS are mainly responsible for reducing the heat transfer coefficient (U-value) so that higher insulation values can be achieved in thermally insulated aluminium systems.

We pick up GOLD!!
In June 2017 we were awarded the GOLD “Material Health Certificate” from the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute (C2CPII) for our material PA66 GF25 for composite strips. This award confirms the high quality of the material components used in our compounds.

Our thermal breaks have been certified by the Rosenheim Institute for Window Technology (ift). Therefore they meet the requirements of Class CW / TC2 / A as well as the DiBt guidelines.
