Online dispute resolution/European online dispute resolution platform

The EU Commission has provided an online dispute resolution platform since 15 February 2016. Consumers now have the opportunity to initially resolve their disputes arising in connection with their online order without the intervention of the court.

The option for the consumer to proceed with legal action remains unaffected by this.
